There are many ways to stay engaged with your fellow travelers, stay connected to Israel, and tap into the Taglit-Birthright Israel alumni network as a whole. Here are some ways to get started:

Staffing a Taglit-Birthright Israel trip is both a privilege and a responsibility. As a member of our staff team, you will have a once in a life time opportunity to have an incredibly powerful impact for our participants and for yourself as well. While staffing a trip should definitely be an exciting experience, our North American staff leaders are counted on for the following roles:

• Manage the airport departure and in-flight
• Support the Israeli trip guide in all aspects of the trip
• Ensure smooth running of the group: logistically, socially, and experientially
• Serve as a role model for participants throughout the program
• Assist in leading educational discussion groups and informal programming

Finally, although the position is unpaid, all expenses are covered on the program, and in most cases, staff members are able to extend their tickets. Please contact us if you are interested in staffing a trip.
